How to see which emails have been sent from Barrcloud
To see if a Fee Note or a Receipt has been emailed from Barrcloud, click on the Cog Icon at the top of the page and select the Email Log
Here will be a list of items that have been sent from Barrcloud
The list will show when an email has been sent, type of document that has been sent and to whom is has been sent to
It will also show which case that the Fee Note or the Receipt that has been sent for
The email has been sent from a generic email address and so will not appear in the users email
As it is a generic email the recipient will not be able to reply to the email
The document can be viewed by click on the email and then clicking on the View Attachment button
