How to manage the appearance of Fee Notes and Receipts

There are several ways to manage and customise the appearance of Fee Notes and Receipts

The address of the practice can be changed by click on the drop down at the top right of the page

Scroll down to find a section to amend the address details

To change the header, on the same page to the right will be an option to upload an image which will then appear at the top of a Fee Note or a Receipt

An image can also be added to appear as a footer

To manage the footer of the Fee Note or Receipt, click on the Cog Icon at the top of the page

Select the General Settings option

Scroll down to see a section for Fee Notes and a separate section for Receipts

There are several settings that will affect the appearance of a Fee Note or a Receipt

To the right of the screen will be text fields that once populated will appear on either the Fee Note or Receipt
